Biomin® BetaPlus
Atrophy of ovaries, irregularity and absence of heat, aborts and stillbirths can be related to a lack of Vitamin A. For follicle maturation, ovulation and maintaining the gestation a great amount of Vitamin A is necessary, but it can not get in the ovum. Beta-Carotin, pro-Vitamin A, can pass the ovum wall and can be transformed into Vitamin A with the help of Carotinase it. Biomin® BetaPlus provides the animal with Beta-Carotin to support fertility.
Biomin® TopHeat
In piglet production the fertility of the breeding sows plays an important part. For the success of insemination a clearly visible and early on set of heat is essential. Biomin® TopHeat helps to improve the fertility of the breeding sow and leads to fewer return to oestrus.
Biomin® TopLac
During lactation the breeding sow has an increased requirement for energy and protein. A nutrient deficiency caused by a reduced feed intake (mainly in summer), can only be compensated with the help of increased nutrient density in the diet.
